In many families, communities and cultures, seeking an "outsider" to discuss your innermost issues and concerns is uncommon. For some of us, it might even be frowned upon. What is common, is that we all go through our own emotional struggles and having someone to strategically speak with can support us with taking the edge off and provide us with some clarity.

Letting go gives us freedom, and freedom is the only condition for happiness. If, in our heart, we still cling to anything—anger, anxiety, or possessions—we cannot be free.

$265 for individual

$300  for couples

$350 for families

The only insurance currently accepted is Cigna. A receipt can be provided for the services rendered should you wish to submit to any other insurance company for reimbursement. I highly recommend you call your insurance company and find out if they have "out-of-network" benefits for mental health.

With the belief that no one should be denied access to necessary care, a sliding fee scale is provided for clients who may be unable to pay the full fee.

Cancellation Policy

In booking an appointment, you agree to meet at the time specified during the booking process. All appointments that are rescheduled for a different week, cancelled with less than 48 hours notice or missed will be charged the regular fee for the appointment. This means the full session rate or $100.00 for insurance sessions.
