The dedication to my own self-discovery is an endless excursion that consistently keeps me on my toes.  I’m practical, I’m passionate, I’m genuine and I invite you below to learn a little bit more about me.  ​​

I am a licensed psychotherapist practicing in Manhattan.  I received both of my Master’s Degrees in Psychological Counseling from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from San Diego State University.  My approach is open, understanding and compassionate.  There is so much courage in merely thinking about talking to someone about your concerns in life.  I empathize with clients and guide them as they courageously embark upon their journey to maximize their potential and access their happiness.



With a results-oriented approach, I have experience working with clients from all walks of life and have led many individuals to success in their careers and relationships with lovers, children, family and most of all themselves.  Working together we accomplish your desired life changes; you set goals and I support you in attaining them.
