To break through any "stuck," feelings or emotions. If you're doing the "work," and feeling minimal to zero results in quality of life or goal achievement, The Restructuring Process is for you.

Does The Process require some experience with therapy?

Accepted Answer

Yes and no. It's important that you've done rigorous introspective, self-reflection work before engaging in this process. Some sort of self-awareness work is a prerequisite.

I journal regularly, is that enough to be able to engage this process?

Accepted Answer

It depends. If you are uncertain of whether or not this is a fit for you after reviewing the pre-assessment questions, it more than likely is not. Readiness to engage in this process usually presents as a very clear knowing.

What do I need to do to be ready for The Restructuring Process?

Accepted Answer

Self-awareness work, introspective and self-reflection work. It can be any form of emotional healing work,  self-development, meditative or spiritual exploration. You will have to do internal work on getting to know your inner landscape in order to engage this process.

How will twelve sessions be enough?

Accepted Answer

Because of the rigor of the inner work that will be done during and in between each session. This is why past experience with emotional exploration work is imperative. There are also two boosters sessions provided based on needs assessment.
