Appointments

All fees are payable in full at the time of service.  Payment may be made in cash, check or by using a credit or debit card.  

 

Appointments are generally 45 - 60 minutes in length.  Session rates are:

$200.00 for individual  ($207.00 if paying electronically)

$225.00 for couples     ($233.00 if paying electronically)

$250.00 for families     ($260.00 if paying electronically)

The only insurance currently accepted is Cigna.  A receipt can be provided for the services rendered should you wish to submit to any other insurance company for reimbursement.  I highly recommend you call your insurance company and find out if they have "out-of-network" benefits for mental health.

With the belief that no one should be denied access to necessary care, a sliding fee scale is provided for clients who may be unable to pay the full fee. 

 

Cancellation Policy

​In booking an appointment, you agree to meet at the time you specified during the booking process.  All appointments that are rescheduled for a different week, cancelled with less than 48 hours notice or missed will be charged the regular fee for that appointment. This means the full session rate or $100.00 for insurance sessions.
